Scheduling

Patients are seen by appointment only, but we make every effort to schedule appointments at times that are convenient for our patients. It is in our practice to contact you via phone, email or text to confirm your scheduled appointment prior to your visit. Please call us in advance if there are any changes to your schedule that will prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment.

Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time of service, including insurance co-payments. We are happy to accept cash, personal checks or Visa/MasterCard and Discover. We will gladly assist you in obtaining the maximum allowable coverage for your insurance benefits and determining the proper co-payments. Please remember that the total contribution by your insurance company is determined by a contractual agreement between your employer and the insurance group and we have no control over this agreement. Our treatment and care is given based on your needs and not on the amount of your insurance coverage. If you have questions regarding the terms of your insurance plan, we suggest contacting your insurance provider prior to your scheduled appointment.

Financing and Payment Options

For patients without dental insurance, we offer a selection of dental payment solutions and dental financing options to cover the cost of the necessary dental procedures.
